Untouched by Light is the world’s first sparkling wine produced in complete darkness. All procedures from harvest to the final opening of the bottle take place in the absence of light. But even at this point, it is not necessary for this sparkling wine to see the light of day! The slogan that accompanies Untouched by Light is: “The best things happen in the dark.” Therefore, we recommend that you also taste it in complete darkness, in the spirit of this saying.
