Is it possible for small groups to visit the cellar?

Cellar tours are available for individuals (up to 15 people) every day from 12:00 to 16:00, every 30 minutes, with the last tour starting at 15:30. If the tour is already full, you will have to wait for the next available time.

Is it possible to have a tasting with less than 15 people?

Individual guests can also choose from private sparkling wine tastings. You can find them under the tab “Tastings for individuals”. Wines can be sampled from our wine dispenser, where the price per sample is €0.50.

What time is the last private tour of the cellar?

The last private tour starts at 15:30.

What time is the last group tour of the cellar?

The last group tour of the cellar (over 15 persons) starts at 19:00.

Which payment methods can I use to pay at Dom penine?

At Dom penine, you can pay using the following payment methods:

You can also pay by invoice (advance payment) at Dom penine, as we do not accept purchase orders.

Is it possible to order cold cuts for the tasting?

Groups of 15 or more can order a charcuterie with their booking, while individual guests can choose their own charcuterie from our fridge.

When is the deadline for group bookings?

Groups (over 15 people) must book at least 2 days in advance.

Do I need to make an appointment for a private tour?

In principle, it is not necessary to make an appointment for a private tour of the cellar, but it is advisable because if, for example, a group with a guided tour in German is already booked for the desired time, you will have to wait for the next available time for a tour in Slovenian or English.

How long does a private tour of the cellar take?

A private tour of the cellar lasts approximately 25 minutes.

In which languages are the guided tours held?

Guided tours are available in Slovenian, German and English (English tours must be booked at least 2 days in advance).

Do I have to redeem the bonuses that come with the tickets right away?

Bonuses do not need to be redeemed immediately and can be used for future purchases.

Can the number of samples in a tasting be added or deducted?

Groups can adjust the number of samples to their preferences. Each additional sample is EUR +1 and each sample less is EUR -1 to the existing offer. The number of samples must be communicated in advance.
