The personal data referred to above shall be kept in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected and processed, but no longer than until withdrawal of consent by the data subject. Radgonske gorice d.o.o. will not disclose personal data to third parties. In the context of the processing of personal data, the data subjects have the right to access, rectify, amend or restrict the processing of their personal data. In this case, the processing of personal data is based on the personal consent of the persons concerned and they may withdraw this consent at any time, which will be taken into account for the future.

Special notice to parents

Radgonske gorice d.o.o. encourages all parents to instruct their children on the safe and responsible use of their personal data on all websites, and not to use websites that contain products intended for adults.

Governing law and jurisdiction
The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited and the customer must be of legal age at the time of ordering. Otherwise, the Seller shall immediately withdraw from the sale of the goods. If the delivery person is in doubt as to whether the person taking delivery of the goods is of legal age, the delivery person may request an identity document to verify the age of legal majority.

The Terms of Use and your use of the Website shall be governed by the laws of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law rules and the provisions of the UN Sales of Goods Convention and other EU or local regulations of similar content. The court of general jurisdiction, with its seat in Murska Sobota, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or in connection with these Terms of Use and/or the Website or in which these Terms of Use and/or the Website are a material fact.
