The wine is greenish in color with a yellow hue. The subdued effervescence and mild, persistent foam are a reflection of natural fermentation. The wine has a discreet, unassuming fruity aroma; it is light and fresh. It is a refreshing wine with low CO2 content and pronounced drinkability. The wine is meant for immediate consumption and is not suitable for aging.
